Paniya @ Solaris KL

If you do visit the area Solaris frequently, it was near once on its lifeline dead and certainly a flip of coin the whole place came alive again with some coffee players coming in and now it had been known as a mini Korea F&B where you can find Korean Mini Market and tons of Korean food in this area. Ranging from those commercial to homecook version.

I was introduce by my friend to one of her favourite place which is Paniya that is run by a couple.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted  in Korean. The restaurant was very well designed and it was spacious. After we were seated, I notice that all their floor staff and kitchen staff are all Bangladeshi. Guess they are pretty well train as they serve us by greetings in Koreans and the way the arrange things and cook is also well done. Love this shop, as most of the crowd for the day are Koreans.

Like any other Korean dining, we are serve with some sides and this is pretty unusual that they serve only four, but I am impress that they have the seaweed soup free flow. Each request they will cook it fresh from the kitchen and serve pippin hot. Love the taste of it as its something mild to kick start with as clear, not too salty yet with some fish bone taste.

As my friend said she is very hungry then she ordered a combination of 2 version which is Kong Sam (pork belly slices) @ RM 22 & Kong JJU (Octopus) @ RM 22 follow by adding Cheese @ RM 8 & Ramen Sari @ RM 8

The portion came out very gigantic for 2 person and have to call another friend to swing by to assist in finishing it.

After all was cook, they add in noodle to cook along . . .

Follow by lastly – cheese!

Covered it for a quick one and it all melted and the smell of the whole hot plate is so aromatic.

Its a combination my friend did and this is a whole new level by adding so many different ingredient in it. Noodle is cook to perfection, cheese did add in the extra taste for it, octopus and pork belly is cook to perfection . .

Both of us KO not even half of it. I would recommend this version too if you do go with 3-4 pax.
