Movie Review: Hotel Transylvania (3-D)

It has been a while since I last do a movie review as most of the movie I watch was on average or nothing to shout about, and yet this movie I must really do a review on it. I always love to watch animation, that it gives you the happy feeling after that with 3-D effect and always watch animation in 3-D, its just so cool. Although this movie is been in the screen for quite a while and yet still near full house.

Hotel Transylvania is a movie that says something about parenting with famous voices behind such as Adam Sandler, Selena Gomez and many more.. Count Dracula who operates a high-end resort far far away from the human world with a tragedy that his human wife being killed by humans because of him. Left behind is his new born daughter and raise her by himself. As a pain in the tragedy that, he is being over protective over his daughter by building a huge spooky forest with zombie and ghost in between to scared the humans away before reaching his huge castle.

On the special weekend whereby his daughter 118 birthday, he invited all his best friend Frankenstein and his wife, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, a family of werewolves, and many more for this occasion, with a castle that is free from human for long long time till a hiker (human) found this castle. Later scene, by creating all the funs that all monster had never enjoy before and soon fall in love with Dracula daughter. Things grew from there.

I must say its one of the best animation that I have come across so far in year 2012 with great story line, laughter and music. A highly recommended movie that you must watch if you feel stress or not in the mood. Will be a great movie to cheer you up. 🙂 Of course must watch in 3-D.

Movie Review: Alvin and the Chipmunks 3: Chip-Wrecked

Especially year end during the school holidays, you can get to see alot of animation and cute character available in the cinema as the latest movie will be screen soon Alvin and the Chipmunks 3: Chip-Wrecked.

The part 3 of this movie sequeals comes into play whereby this round they are on cruise to head for final concert performance as the mischievious Alvin want to rebel against as he thought that he is adult enough to handle all things as his mis-behave in the cruise and had fly to a no man land and later discover that the island is not as bad as it seems.

I find this sequel is so so only with 85 minutes on play.. never expect it to be like that . . well, i guess if you want to watch.. just watch it on movie day~

Movie Review: Puss in Boots & Happy Feet Two : 3-D

Happy Feet Two

A movie that rated quite high by my friend which is the latest animation Puss in Boots, whereby a wanted cat is being hunt also looking for a magic nuts that will grow with a bit combination of Jack and the Beanstalk, and Humpty Dumpty to blend into this animation.

filled with a bit laughter and not bad. . .I watch in 3-D too . .

If compare with Happy Feet, I prefer Happy Feet more..cuz more cheerful movie for me .. 🙂

As most of you do watch part 1, and this is the continuous of it as now with his kid is growing up, he is one of the weird one that cant dance in the community and then went to another penguin tribe found a hope. As the melting and changes of their iceberg, a huge iceberg hit on their community that they got stuck in there.

Seek for help from other penguin tribe and walrus to smash on the ground to make the edge of the rock fall.

Its a great holiday movie, filled with music and laughter. A cheerful movie to watch.. Recommended especially for kids. . ~

Rio 3-D

I just enjoy watching animation in 3-D and this animation Rio sure do impress with the effects in 3-D which the scenery of Brazil looks so nice .. .

It’s a adventure on a parrot bird which is the last on its kind that discover by a scientist to mate with another bird of its kind and where he was brought to Brazil for this quest. One catch is Blu a parrot bird that cant fly because being pampered by the owner since it was a small bird, that is where the adventure begins when reach Brazil to escape from the illegal wild life catcher.

A great animation to watch if you love it . .a great laughter and the character in the animation is cute. Recommended in 3-D too..

Movie Review: Choy Lee Fut, Hop & Sucker Punch

I thought this movie is going to be a good movie, mana tau, turn out to be quite a dissapointment, where the movie is about another type of martial art in China. Sammo Hung just appear in the movie first 5 minutes and last 5 minutes with 2 new actor don really know how to act and the fighting scene is only at the end, me and my friend felt that the story line also abit weird.

Don bother to watch this movie in the cinema, if you do, watch it during movie day or DVD will do .. .

The Mechanic Movie & Yogi Bear

The hit man is expert in his field that makes it most of his job that kill the client more like a accident or natural death prone. Then till the agency turn their back on him, and he was aftering them. Then his apprentice also found out that he killed his dad and he was aftering him too, and died as he is always well prepared. ..

This show is below my expectation, that turns out to be so so only. I thought it is going to be another action packed movie by Jason Statham.

Most of this show going to be our childhood cartoon and now they had turn it into a real life with 3-D as I luckily, didnt watch this in 3D. The movie was not that nice and I find cartoon is better and the movie is quite short..

Just save your money and watch other pick instead.
