I always love my nan. One of the best Tandori nan is at Ampang. Recently I was introduce to this place, Best Cheese Nan in KL at Restaurant RSMY at Setapak. The name itself, I would probably agree with the signage that they are one of the best Cheese Nan in KL or Klang Valley.
Located in this busy district of Tar College area, flock by both young and family crowd and with plenty of food to hunt in this area. RSMY is no exception to be one of the top in your list.
We are just here for the cheese nan only as on that day, this is our 4th stop for food hunt and also our last stop.
Nan are made fresh daily and just look at the dough. silkly smooth round ball and the amount of cheese they added in it is OMG!
Tandori do looks good do. Will save that for next come back as we were just too full.
There are alot of customers who does take away and the amount that they are doing is non stop.
Here you go our Cheese Special Nan, as it does fill with hams and double cheese. Look at it ooze out. Love the texture of the fluffy soft nan, with oozing cheese which is not too salty yet just pairs well. I prefer mine to dip into condense milk to make it more fragrant which you can just request from them.
Another is Garlic Cheese Nan, and I think the best combination would be cheese Nan Special with Garlic to make it even more perfect. Garlic taste is not too overpowering yet a hint of it is just perfect.
According to the guy, this cheese can pull as high as you stand on the chair and all the way up without breaking. Impressive!
Indeed a great place for a simple comfort food and would be recommended in my list. Will be back to try their rice dishes and also tandori.
