Plan B had received a huge buzz over blogging for quite some time when they first started, cuz of their unique concept that they have. Modern New York chic concept that had gain many diners heart that is cosy, nice interior that made them stood out from many of other cafe outlet. Then I try out another of their concept or I would call a slight changes of their concept from Plan B which is Journal by Plan B at Publika. Many people say good things about this outlet on their food. I try out their brunch turns out to be good too.

Soft Shell Crab Spaghetti Carbonara @ one of the more oustanding dishes compare to the rest we have although its near tasteless, with soft shell crab quite oily. .

plan b (12)

This soup is very normal, nothing special as it taste like alot MSG in there and its very salty . . .

Cheese Burger

plan b (14)

It had won our heart when we first saw the presentation with melted cheese on top of the patty. Nothing special, yet sligltly salty . .

plan b (15)

Signature of the night which is Lamb Pie, over baked that the crust is hard as the colour itself already mention it, lamb in it is overcook and the best of all, its way too salty.

This is the first time we never finish our food yet Marcus was way too hungry, he tried to finish it just left a few bites and gave up. We ended went down to the lower ground to hunt for snacks. 😀

One thing I understand which is different mall have different market as this outlet we think that its a let down or the crowd for Plan B just love salty flavour or it was the chef that had overdoze it. Anyway, with the price that we are paying, we can try other food. 🙂

Hopefully they improve on that.

If you are as passionate about food and travel as I am, then you might also be considering setting up your own food and travel blog. Blogging about food whilst you enjoy your travelling adventures can be a lot of fun, but it can be hard work too. With this in mind, here are a few tips on how you can make your food or travel blog the best that it can be.

One of the most important rules when it comes to blogging is to be able to post regularly. If you usually stop at internet cafés to check your emails, then you may find it easy to take time to update your blog too. However, if you usually wait until you arrive back home in order to upload your photos, then you might need to adjust your routine slightly. There are several advantages to updating your food and travel blog whilst you are still away from home. Firstly, you will better be able to remember every detail of all the delicious foods which you have eaten during your trip! Also, if you happen to lose your camera or your notes during the course of your trip, then you will already have many of your memories saved online. Most importantly, regular blog posts are one of the best ways to keep an audience interested and to build up a regular readership.

Another thing which is key for both food and travel bloggers is including great images within you blog posts. Amazing photographs are useful to help really explain your experiences to those reading your blog posts. They are also more likely to catch the eye of visitors than a page full of text – no matter how well-written it might be. If you are serious about travel and food blogging, then it can be advisable to invest in a camera which will allow you to capture good quality images wherever you go.

As recently I am in the mood of reading books back and went to MPH to kill some time while waiting for my friend, and guess what, I stumble upon one deal book. I guess being a foodie some times we hunt for deals, I cannot deny that I do hunt for deals online, and this book sure capture my interest. Worthy Book F&B Special Edition.

Now I can enjoy share tea at my work place as they have Buy 1 Free 1. . .

Worthy Book (8)

The book is also pretty interesting as all the participating outlets in there, do have a brief write up and what is their signature dish .. Cool . .

Ended up I bought this book with another 2 more books. . Unfair Advantage and Make Money Online by Blogging : Alan Tan . .

Find that its a pretty great deal on how I spend on my food and by paying RM29.90 I can see that I already save more than that, then only found out that their book also available at selected major bookstores (MPH, Popular, Times, Borders, Kinokuniya) and  myNEWS.com outlets in Klang Valley
