TTDI is one of the area that are quite well known for F&B, with bars kick start the whole scene back in those days and now coffee are popping out so fast. One of the latest addition to the area is Pickle & Fig that is located at another side of TTDI. Sitting alone at the area would create an advantage for them with many offices are around the area.

Its a simple decorated area with simen base decor all over the place with wooden chairs and pallet.

 Menu is not huge but there is a good mixture of healthy stuff. . .

Pickle & Fig was meant to start up their business that specialize in healthy smoothies, then only realise that, with the space they have gotten, they can expand their range of offerings to sandwiches and panini.

 Gotten ourselves to try out their smoothies and find that its pretty good some of them.

Blue Healer which includes the blueberry, blackberry, banana, and apple @ RM 10 .  Goji Me which is a combination of strawberry, goji, apple, pineapple, and yogurt @ RM 12. This 2 flavor are more intense and some might like it.

Overall their range of smoothies is pretty interesting by using pure ingredients to be added on.

Nachos @ RM 12, there is round tortilla chips and melted cheddar with sliced black olives and japapeno slices with salsa roja.

For something healthy, we can opt for their Avocado mixed green with raspberry vinaigrettesliced avocado, and toasted almonds with raspberry vinaigrette. @  RM13

Smoked Salmon &Cream Cheese Sandwich Smoked salmon, capers, chives cream cheese, lemon taragon mayo, mixed on focaccia @ RM19

I love their Coronation Chicken Sandwich Sliced chicken breast, caramelised onion, raisins coronation sauce, alfafa sprout on ciabatta. @ RM15

 WE have been told by the owner that all the sauces are made fresh and from their very own recipe.

Smoked Turkey Roll &Cheddar hot pressed Panini Smoked turkey tollsauteed mushroom + cheddar + infused oil on wholemeal or white bread.@  RM15

In one of their latest experiment is Fish n’ Chips.

we gave them alot of feedback on this and surely when they put into their menu will be something to look forward as the sauces are good.

I am impress on they learn to do the whole coffee themselves and with proper frothing its pretty good. The coffee here is not too strong, a bit mild and well balance.

After a quick run over 2 outlets in a short time, then we head to the 3rd outlet which is Deutsches Haus German Restaurant & Bar that located on the edge of Jaya 33 building facing the main road.

I have always seen this place many times and mention that I want to go I want to go then in the end, ended up  in another place and this great chance had bring meto this restaurant that offers a cozy ambiance with a touch of German feel  . . . .

good for smokers too that you can be seated outside that filled with ceiling fan that make it quite cool to sit out here..

For beer lovers, they have a few beer available on tap with Hoegaarden and some other German Beer.

I have ordered before on sausage platter but for the first time, this is the most unique sausage platter that seriously served with 7 types of different sausage ‘Wurstplatte (sausage platter) mixed German sausage platter, served with sauerkraut, potato salad, senf, garlic mayo and habanero mayo @ RM88. Worth a try as you get to sample different texture and taste of it and best of all I love their homemade style mustard sauce that goes along perferctl

when comes to German food, you must not miss this – Honey-Pepper Knuckleroast knuckle with honey-pepper glaze, served with grilled streaky bacon, sauerkraut and potato ragout @ RM 59 – Recommended

The skin been roast to perfection, crispy inside out yet filled with flavor and with some burn parts, might stick on your teeth and the pork meat is so soft that you dip along with the sauce and the potato ragout is superb! – recommended

Lastly that served up is their desert Apple Strudel , puffy crispy on the outside layer, not too sweet on the filling and eat along with ice cream is sinfull. Its just a great desert to end our superb meal.

So far, with a few German Restaurant that I have come accross, I like this the best so far for authenticity and of course its highly recommended by me. If you guys do have better options, do let me know.:)
