Then ended up ordering Pork Burger that sells in food court.

kepong kopitiam (5)

and by looking at the uncle serve his food out of his stall, certainly capture my attention that sells authentic Taiwanese Food.

kepong kopitiam (6)

Choices are pretty decent as like  Taiwanese food all the main selection are there and decided to settle for this stall too.

kepong kopitiam (7)

Ordered the Sour and Spicy Soup Noodle and turns out to be very good. Its quite sour and the spicy taste will hit you after a while and if gives us the challenge to continue eating. Sprinkle with some chili flakes to make it more spicy. The set back is only the noodle is slightly overcook. Nevertheless still a great bowl of noodle for RM5.

kepong kopitiam (12)

After finishing my noodle and looking at the uncle busy serving this Braised Pork rice, it look and smells good. Then decided to give it a go. Love the braised pork sauce was added in and shredded pork slices are soft and flavourful along with rice is just another perfect combination.

kepong kopitiam (14)

Then I was given complimentary Chicken Feet as the uncle see us eat till so happy on his food. Its soft and love the light herbal taste on it too. I must say that for a Taiwanese Food in Kopitiam and at the price, this is surely a highly recommended stall.

kepong kopitiam (8)

My friend ordered Pork Noodle which is totally out. Don bother.

kepong kopitiam (9)

and here comes my Pork Burger from Big Boys Burger. Ordered it with extra cheeze and bacon.

kepong kopitiam (10)

kepong kopitiam (11)

No doubht for the pork patty is well prepared, season and quite solid. The taste is good for such a medium size patty that did not overcook with cheeze that just melted on the top that makes it perfect along with light saltiness from bacon. Overall its a nice burger pricing at RM 11.90. Find is slightly overprice but nevertheless a good try  . .

If you do come here, Taiwanese Stall is the most highly recommended and do let the uncle know that not to overcook the noodle.

It is not easy to find something cheap and nice to eat for lunch or dinner, but when me and I my friends keep trying restaurants around Kuchai Lama area, I could not help to notice this shop JoJo Little Kitchen Pan Mee which is always sardine packed with people during lunch time, and according to my colleague, its cheap and nice, that is why its always pack.

Jojo

Not until recently already do not know what to eat around that area, decided to give it a try at this shop since its recommended by them and read quite a number of good reviews on this shop and they have been opening branches in a few places.

Jojo (2)

We reach the shop early and nearly all the tables are already occupied. A simple interior, that decorate the place with wooden tables and chairs, walls painted with colours to look cheerfull.

Jojo (3)

When I look at the menu, the price is reasonable cheap with a standard selection.

Jojo (4)

If you are a fan of pan mee and chili lover, you will know what mixture of chili should be added into your noodle.

Jojo (5)

‘Fried Pork’ @ RM 6

A big slice of pork being fried and cut into slices after its done, that the outer layer is crispy and find it that it is a bit overcook, and if they were cook not that long, the pork will definitely taste good, not a bad dish after all.

Jojo (6)

‘Hot and Spicy Pan Mee’ is something that most people would  not want to miss if they are out of idea what to order. The look itself is not does not feel spicy as comes with mince pork, with half boil egg and added chili flakes ourself. Then you mix all the ingredients together, turns out to be very nice, with noodle cook perfectly and the taste of mince pork and chili flakes with sambal did not over power each other. RM 5.80

Jojo (7)

‘Curry Laksa Pan Mee’ been always one of my favourite and this taste pretty good too, with curry soup is not so thick, chicken is very soft and juicy, and overall it suits my liking. RM5.80

Jojo (8)

‘Traditional Pan Mee’ that will serve with slices mushroom, anchovies and mince pork. RM5.50

Jojo (9)

Then we decided to go for something adventurous by trying ‘Herbal Chicken Pan Mee Soup’ which turns out to be pretty good. Soup base of the herbs which is just nice (not very strong in herbs taste) and together with the noodle that cook till just right, my colleague drink till the bowl clean. RM 7

A place that worth a try and recommend for the price, portion and quality, I surely would not mind to come back again.

Please do come early to this shop as when we left around 12.45pm, there are already a lot people waiting outside and waiting for tables during lunch hours to avoid disappointment.

I just go through a few blogs to find the address for this and didn’t know that this shop is actually a hit in the town with the taste and especially the chili flakes. This place was introduce by my friends when we were hunting for our company dinner dress.

Kin Kin

Kin Kin (2)

Their signature which is, this very chili flakes that a lot of people just add on many table spoonful of it onto their bowl but I felt that there is nothing fancy on this flakes or I would say there are actually a few shops are better than this.

Kin Kin (3)

‘Mix of Pork and Fish Ball’, loves the springy feel of both flavor as what I preferred. Pork ball is abit solid yet gives me the compact bite of it and not a big fan of fish balls yet it does gives the soft springy feel.

Kin Kin (4)

‘Soup Pan Mee’ taste not bad with the taste of anchovies that gives a bit of salty inside the clear soup yet flour taste comes from pan mee, added on with mince meat added on the flavor.

Kin Kin (5)

If you do not like soup base then you should try their ‘Dry Pan Mee’ which I prefer more than the soup base. I have mine added on with the semi boil egg.

Kin Kin (6)

I did like what other people did just by adding on the chili flakes, its just not bad after all to make the taste slightly better.

With the price tag around RM5-RM8 I would say its not a expensive place to eat in with their prompt service there is actually nothing to complain about.
