Asian Tabbouleh @ RM 22 – A vegetarian dish that is nice and filled with Couscous salad with tomato, cucumber capsicum, chopped fresh herbs and romaine lettuce. Love this simple aromatic dish as the hint of lemon that goes well with the ingredient in it. A great twist.
For something simple, heading up north for Big Pho Ga @ RM 18 – Vietnamese rice noodles with chicken and bean sprouts served in a hot broth. There are variety version of broth as this version is cook on milder soup broth to make it clear and simple.
If you love stronger food flavour, then Indochina Beef Ragout is one of a better option to hit on. @ RM 25 – French inspired beef stew. Moroccan Lamb Tajine @ RM 26 – Slow-cooked tender lamb shoulders with almonds and prunes. served with couscous and garnish with coriander. Love this so much where I could not stop digging in. Smokin Salmon @ RM 26 – smoked salmon in a thin crust pizza base, with cream sauce and mozzarella sprinkled with chopped spring onion .
Silky Carbonara @ RM 19 – Classic Carbonara with Egg, Crispy Turkey Ham and Cheese. Not your typical carbonara as this is slightly more dry version as chef learn to cook during his days in overseas.
With a twist of flavour and presented differently – The Salmon Salsa gives you a sourish salsa flavour yet bed of potato mash is so soft. @ RM 30 – Pan seared Norwegian salmon in a bed of potato mash, homemade salsa and a bed of baked cherry tomatoes.
Creme Brulee @ RM 12 – Rich Vanilla custard based dessert with caramelize sugar.
