This place had been so hype out when they first open till now there is still a queue but not as crazy as it used to be. Jibby & Co. is situated right at the entrance of Empire Shopping Gallery where you will see Tous Les Jours first if you are coming out from the mall.
This restaurant and cafe also well known with their interior design that filled with contemporary Rustic that instantly reminds me of a few great cafe in Melbourne with abandoned warehouse concept and a mezzanine floor.
Since was there for lunch and I still need my coffee, I have ordered my usual which is Hot Latte @ RM 11, along with Ice Crush Lemonade @ RM 13.
For mains, I hit out on their pizza Smokin Sally @ RM 30 – fresh & Smoked salmon, Spanish onion, chili flakes, fresh tomato, salmon ikura and sour cream. A decent thin crust pizza that topped with generous amount of ingredient.
Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Pop Corn @ RM 22, as there is nothing to shout out about this dish.
Kick Azz French Toast @ RM 25 where this dish is ceraitnly on the steep pricing side. Paying that kind of amount for my kick azz french toast I sure do expect more of it. Oh well, if you could, can just pick other mains.
Overall, my pizza is decent and the other 2 dishes where the price do not justify on their portion, however I am still keen to come back to try their pasta where I see alot of tables are ordering that.
I guess i have to change my perception towards this outlet and lower down my expectation from those reviews.
