Wind Chimes in A Bakery. Any of you have watch this Web series? I must say that I am really really impress with the production and of course no doubt that its being directed by one of award wining director Ang Jae Hyeok.

This web series is actually a Korean-inspired love story brought to life by Samsung’s flagship, to showcase Samsung GALAXY S4 that is designed with unique lifestyle features of perfect Life Companion. Seriously, its a great short web series to watch. Nevertheless, over last weekend I was invited to bake along with the stars in the movie known as Adam & Sue.

We were lead to one of a baking center in Damansara. .

They have converted the place into mini showcase of the movie . .

and of course one of the star bun which is the REd Bean Bun which is Adam is good at and his dream to open a proper bakery. Why are we here today? We are here to learn to bake the read bean bun.

We were then pair into group of 4 . . Then cheeky Sue said we want to compete, and who is with her and who is with Adam.

As most of our table have S4 on it and its all sync up to the screen and if we are too far we can look the on the table, if you are baking with messy hands and need to see next page, don worry just as they have air gesture.

After pour everything in then mixing it with flour. .

Have to stir it at first till the end the dough form up and its getting pretty hard. This is what happens.

 Sue’s team are so serious. No doubt they are baking a good cake. .

Finally after the dough is form then its time to weigh on each of the dough to make it into bread.

each dough is about 165 g then flatten it and add the red bean ball into it, re-wrap again and press if flat.

 End result for our bread, we are all a successful baker. Look pretty nice yah~

its fun to meet both of the stars Koe Yeet as Sue & Nabil as Adam. Both of them are very funny, cheeky and friendly.

Samsung had done a massive campaign and the latest one is to test on your creativity. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 being introduce into the market not that long, many of my friends would want to get that as their present or wish to get. As this time, kicking off with 4 celebrity to give you a chance to test on your creativity whereby creativity is limit less. The more you are weird, the chances of winning is higher. How to kick start is rather simple, as there will be 4 person standing infront waiting to be pick. Of course you can click on all 4 person to see what are the visuals that they are providing for you. Each celebrity or selected person comes with different frame.

I pick on famous Ernest that had painted magically my hometown with all the nice drawings that now had made it prime spots of photography.

In his task, you are given a empty frame and paint your creativity away or you can chose on Preset selection on the left, with 2 version, one is loaded with a cartoonic house and mountain or a portrait. I choose to pain my own stuff although I am bad in painting.

Here is my end result with my failure in painting.. kekeke . . Right after that then just click submit as you can either submit by logging in with your Facebook, Twitter or create ID with email.

Often people have misperception or confusion when they see similar words. Therefore we are here today for Grand Palace relaunch, as this Imbi Group to make them different again from other restaurants.

This would be my third visit to this restaurant as previously I was here with my friends for their Dim Sum session for brunch on weekend. It was pretty good .. Follow by my friends wedding here.

Its a pretty porch restaurant and price on food are very reasonable. Its a perfect place for family lunch and dinner or corporate eating.

“Earlier this year, we closed down our outlet on Jalan Imbi to make way for the development projects in the city. This was our first outlet, the place where it all started, and we were leaving. Imbi Palace Restaurant would be gone forever. This is why, after some thought we decided to change our company name to the Imbi Palace Group.” said Mr. Lum during his speech.

Double Boiled Cordyceps Flower with Top Shell & Fish Maw @ RM28.00

Starting off with something light and clear in taste, dipping the rest of the ingredient with soy sauce just perfect.

Next is Crispy Golden Peking Duck @ RM70.00

with the sharp knife cutting thru it we can hear the slight cracking sound on it.

Here is the thin cut of skin that beeing cut out to be wrap along.

Other ingredient is needed to wrap along with the skin into wraps.

follow a simple step by 1,2,3,4 on the process of wrapping and adding in ingredient.

Right after the meal, we smell something nice and came to this area, only realise this huge scallop being pan fried.

Pan Fried Stuffed Scallops @ RM14.00

Its a huge scallop, juicy, fresh that the meat is a bit solid, and two prawns being pan fried along to make it fresh seafood sweet. Perfect!

When we saw this 8 Treasures Truffles Chicken @ RM80.00 we were like, whole chicken?

As it smells different only the waitress saying, wait, there is a hidden treasure in this. Once cut out the aroma inside the chicken burst into the air and makes all of us droll for it. 8 different types of mushrooms that has been infused with truffle sauce. Chicken is hung to roast that make the skin cripy and pair along very well..

BBQ Broiled Spanish Pork Ribs is the super star of the night. Many of us agree that this is one of the best pork ribs we have come across. @ RM158.00

me and Jason Mumbles do not mind to have the whole serving slab by yourselves as the pork ribs being season to perfection then grill along that the meat is juicy and tender, rich in flavour. – highly recommended

Follow by something mild to go along is South African Dried Abalone @ Promo – RM 88.00 per piece

Its quite a huge ass abalone, that being serve and how nice if it is being serve in one full piece. Sauce is thick as I like it, salty and the vegetable cook along is just nice. Abalone is chewy as I just put this whole half piece into my mouth in one shot then chew it slowly. 😀

To cool off with our heavy food intake, we were then pamper with cuisine form Lan Zhou, GanSu, China. Ramen is shaved off a ball of dough and as such none are identical cook with sour spicy soup.

to cool off our eating, Coconut Pudding is served as desert and a perfect one. cooling and aromatic with coconut in the jelly. @ RM8.00

The dinner served was luxury and satisfying. No doubt that this restaurant quality still maintain.

As we know now, Android phones are flooding the market now with more and more devices available, till date with one of the most impressive unit that still stood tall is this unit Samsung Galaxy S2, as I am one of the proud owner of that devices. Most of us know that its superior performance and cutting edge look, Slim, Vivid and Fast is what most user are looking for to blend with our daily live as to be connected anywhere or everywhere!

I am not a smart phone user and this would be my first and it surprise me that I never knew that the day of technology will develop so fast till, now a unit that integrate with intelligent AI that inside this phone, that command on a simple task by voice recognition. All this technology, I only thought it would just happen in futuristic movie like i-Robots, Minority Report, Iron Man and another few movie, and NOW we have it in our device already. Our Phone have IRIS.

What you need to do is just activate the AI then communicate with your phone like you can compose sms, to search for info online while you are doing other things, of course the best part is we can do freely on this while driving without worrying got spotted by police.

Normally, what do you do when you are waiting for your friends or client/boss who are late? For me one of the reason I am impress  at is their gaming source and playing at HD with no lag, superb video quality and its great to pass my time or without realizing my friend is here, instead of me keeping looking at my watch and start cursing why are they late!

Every one have their different favourte features, and I have shared mine. One of this video when I saw this in Facebook by my friend tagging me, I got all excited, with its Crash Test compare with another phone.

You might want to say, it’s a angle problem, drop hit on the ground might not land at the right side, as the end result, I am saying, it’s a solid phone and ‘ouch’ for another brand.

One of the main reason that I got this phone, its absolute performance on picture quality that satisfy me whenever I did not carry my DSLR along, that act as my assistant in many occasions is their impressive build in 8mb camera! This feature had actually came in handy in many occasions. By snapping and uploading the pictures into Facebook, share it with my friends when ever I come across something interesting especially food, I always tempt them with what I eat then get curse or hate by my friends as always I share picture at wrong time and occasions. :D, Besides that, on and off my work require me to take pictures to keep for internal usage, and I am happy that it is light, handy and just need to take out from my pocket and snap. The picture quality is great that even my superior is quite impress enough whenever I compile into my work! Till this feature is one of the important to me!

This year I have to admit that mooncakes mood set in really early as I did received a mooncake list from my friends as early as end of June and already show what to have and privillage for early birds discounts. This year I got the privillage to set my foot into a hotel kicthen again to learn how to make moon cakes as this round I will be learning how to make Snowskin Mooncakes with the courtesy of Zuan Yuan, One World Hotel.

What is in the kitchen for us this round is to make Low Sugar Wheat Grass and Green Tea Snow Skin Mooncakes.

Ingredients involve: icing sugar, glutinous rice flour, shortening and green tea powder.

Then jus unwrap all the prepared ingredients. . . . and this round I the lucky bloggers around are lionelOng.com, Foodpoi.com and best of all our special guest of the night from all the way Melbourne, Australia is SneakyLily.

Then you just pour all the ingredient into the tray and mix around . .add half bowl of water and mix the flour and other ingredient with your hand till its start to get sticky.

pour the rest of the water into the tray and mix thoroughly till the whole ingredient mix well. End resulst should be a bit sticky huge green tea ball.

Then you prepare another tray that you roll it then weight to prepare on the skin.

Then you take another layer of skin which you have prepared roll it till its flat and a bit thick so when you wrap it wont break.

Place the think layer on your hand then place the greentea ‘bola’ on top of it. . .

press it gently and slowly roll it with your fingers till it slowly cover the whole ball on the outer layer.

There you are. the darker green are the base inside and the one behind with a bit mixed with flour are the end result.

Then you place the ball into the wooden craft and press it gently till its even and solid, smack hard both on the left and right edge, shake a bit in the middle and turn it 180 degree hit hard on the table to enable the base to fall off.

Tadaaaa…this is what you get for the end result. . .with the crafting of logo onto the mooncake skin. Izint it is simple.?

After our hardwork in the kitchen then we were pamper with some food to digest before heading for mooncake tasting.
