Sometimes, a simple meal definately can satisfy us and it was back to CNY last month that I was craving for Steamboat. At that time, the weather is like oven and to dine outside is quite impossible for this bunch and they bring me to this outlet Guo Guo Le Steamboat which is located inside Prangin Mall, Penang at Level 4.

Hidden right behind to many other shops, its only well known to many of their regular.

Price here is consider cheap as its a mix and match of fresh item.

So there are 4 of us and 3 are eating as we order set of 4 and guess what. We could not finish the whole set as the set that we order serve quite quite alot of item.

Signature here is their Tomyum soup base. Spicy enough yet with the right balance of sourness and it just make my day yet the soup base is not too thick. Upon writing this, I am swallowing my saliva at the moment as its hard to find a steamboat area with good tomyum base.

If you are looking for cheap decent place with extra kick of soup base, then this is the place to be. Not only that, as the service here are pretty good. Highly Recommended!
