Christmas is just around the corner where hotels are starting to take opportunity to promote their festive season menu. This year, the kitchen whom is lead by Chef de Cuisine, Andreas Block will amaze you with his selection for this festive season.
Indian section is pretty good too. .
Their grill section is one of my favourite section too. From lamb rack, with nice piece of beef and fish which is salmon.
In their Christmas menu selection you will be pamper with roast turkey, special coleslaw, sausages and others.
Then chef Andres Block came by and present us his amazing roast Turkey with his secret receipe. I am not a big fan of roast turkey as usually it is dry. For this, he had done it to perfection where after roast, it is still moist and aromatic. Very simple taste as the gravy and raspberry dressing brings up the taste pretty well.
Christmas menu would not be complete if their dessert section is not deck up .
You can expect variety of cakes for your sweet tooth.
