I have been working nearby for quite a while and everytime I drove pass by here, its always pretty crowded at this Rojak Stall that you will hardly miss with 2 vans parked side by side with one selling Cendol and another oen selling Rojak. As far as I know this stall had been here for donkey years already and attracted many loyal customers around the area.

The term rojak is pretty different when it comes to states as in my hometown we called it Pasembur and Rojak is those with prawn paste and fruits.

They do not have a proper seating or tables as there are only a few plastic chairs available and sitting next to their van as the table to eat or when it get pack you can see many people standing around eating or even there are customers taking it to their car and eat.

Here is pretty well know for 2 types of rojak which is the classic and another version is Rojak Mee means with yellow noodle in it.

rojak (6)

Here is Rojak Mee @ RM 3.50 if I am not mistaken.

rojak (7)

Serve along with ingredients such as floury cake, sliced cucumber, hard boiled egg, fried tofu, bean sprout and fried crackers. I prefer mine without the noodle as I find the noodle spoil the taste of the gravy. This stall still not the best as the peanut sauce here is quite sweet for me, I prefer another stall which is in Seapark nearby Maybank.

Besides the food, you can try out another type of Cendol which is slightly gives you different flavour compare to those in Penang or Melaka. For a bowl of Rm1.20 you really cannot expect alot. Again its just too sweet for me. Not my type of cendol.  Shaved ice is still pretty rough and the red bean they use is quite moist and soft. Well, I just finish 3 sip then I am done . .

Some of you might find this stall is pretty good. Really depends on your own taste.

Puchong is the destination that we go there for food hunting again. They told me that bring me to a kopitiam which got nice food 1. Then Okay loh..reach here restaurant 222 find that the name is quite funeee..

After I order my drink and only saw this thing Teh C Special with caramel taste. Maybe next round.
As usual I walk around in the kopitiam then walk out and saw why so many ppl queing around that area and saw this ‘Economy Rice’. Then only I saw..wow..so many dishes to choose from. So again I join the crowd.

This is what I had took for my plate, potato, meat, veggie and chicken and guess how much is it….
It is so dangerously cheap till I do not believe it. RM4.50. It is hard to find this kind of pricing already for so many dish.
With the kind of price put on it and the food honestly it is seriously nice. No regret on taking it.

Then here comes the weird dish which is Lui Cha by the look of it, it has freak mee out. What I was told is, very healthy 1. Eat lah..good for health. I was like errrr errrr…. at first it was without the soup base, was a bowl of rice full with vegie. Tried it taste alrite and they said taste even better with the soup. Then put it turns out to be like that, after eating the first bite, I feel like want to vomit. The taste of the soup totally not my bowl of soup that I want to have.
The taste of it which they blend all the vegie in there and with something something and if you didnt stir the soup at the base it is like very powdery thingy but is the blended vegie. BANNED for me. but my friend enjoying every mouth of it. Depends on individual for this. RM 6 for this if not mistaken.

After eating spotted this Kuih stall which for the first time in my life I saw a kuih stall also doing promotion and was told by the Indonesian lady that they are new here that’s y having promotion.

The kuih that they sell surely looks tempting that makes me buy it. It was very cheap ‘Buy 2 Free 1’ for RM1.30. For the price and of course from my personal taste it is surely highly recommeded by me.
