There is this one particular shop that hidden in this Pandamaran neighborhood, is well known for their famous Roti Canai in Klang. A typical Malaysian comfort food. Restaurant I.V is one of a place that is highly recommended by my friend Ken for their amazing simple dish and we drove all the way to find out.

As you step into the outlet, you will be amaze on that they are operating 3 shoplot and huge crowd is flocking into this quiet place.

This is the first time  I am seeing this as they are operating with 3 Roti Canai Stove to cater for this huge crowd. Just imagine that.

If you are into rice, then this would be an option for you.

to get a seat here is pretty fast as the turnover per table and service is fast.

This is what everyone is ordering. Just a pack of Nasi Lemak and 2 pieces of roti canai.

It is always that the simplest food is the hardest to make. Indeed their Roti Canai is cripy on the outside as my liking, yet soft inside. A great breakfast comfort food.

 

My preferred pairing gravy is their homemade spicy sambal mix with dal curry.

Nasi lemak is great stuff too. A simple pack of  nasi lemak that is filled with alot of samble, fragrant mild santan rice is a must to have too.

No doubt this place is awesome.
