In Jaya One, there are a few well know Japanese restaurant in this area. Robata Monkey is one of them that have gain its popularity among many folks that resides around the area.

It is a robatayaki style izakaya where food is grilled over an open sandpit hearth in front of the customer if you are seated at the bar counter. It is a good combination where they still retain classic cooking style with their fresh imported ingredients along with a good mix with local ones.

In their private dining area, is converted into classic Japanese Tatami dining style.

What they have at the bar counter is fresh fish for the day.

One of my favourite which is this giant Japanese Egg Plant that is spread with their special teriyaki sauce and grill. Soft, juicy and sweet end. Perfect.

Wagyu grill is awesome, where they provide you a mini bbq pit and you grill yourself. Just take note where its a premium quality beef and do not overcook it.

This is one of their signature ice cream dessert and its not to be miss at the end of the meal or with an option below with fish pancake and green tea ice cream.

Best of all, they have variety of craft beers and all is pretty good that have different taste.

IT is one of my favourite place that I have returned many times. One of a recommended place if you are willing to dig slightly deeper from your pocket.
