Whenver we travel, we always look for oversea chocolate to buy back as a souvenir. However on my latest discovery, there is a hidden gem that really hidden in one of a corner a row of unoccupied shop, then you will stumble upon Love18 Chocolatier Cafe. A local homemade chocolate that I truly impress on their quality ingredients that they are using and the taste is amazing.

They use only fresh, carefully selected and uniquely balanced regional and seasonal ingredients in our products, combined with premium grade chocolates imported from France (Valrhona) and Belgian (Callebaut).

It is a family run business that have a strong passion in creating nice chocolate for their love ones. Started off in their home kitchen, to cater for family and friends, throughout the year with recommendations from word of mouth grew to where they are today.

For last round, attended their chocolate tasting workshop and this is the first time, I get to sample so many different types of chocolate from cheap ingredient to expensive made premium version.

Right before the work shop start, we started off with some sampling.

Then we were given a sample box of chocolate that we will be tasting from different types of chocoate by using our palate to identify which is our prefrence, from milk, dark, white and valrhona chocolate. My taste bud told me I am a Valrhona chocolate lover yet not too much of a dark chocolate person where 65-75% of it is perfect to me. All I can think of, enjoying red wine with this is perfect!

Then we get a tour in their chocolate cold room production area, where got a chance to see thru their chocolate making process.

If you love chocolate, this is one of a chocolate to place your order and pretty highly recommended by me. I gave two box to my team and they went crazy.
