Lim Kok Wing University Fashion Show – Creativity in Motion @ Pavilion

I always love fashion show, like the one what we get to see in fashion industry, part of it, I just love to take photo on this kind of events which recently one of the fashion event that I attend was organize by Lim Kok Wing University for the final year 2010 students graduation showcase their creation and designs which is theme Creativity in Motion with involve students from 15 countries.

Creativity in Motion is the fashion event that created to gives fashion students from School of Fashion and Retail Design to a chance to showcase stunning and glittering designs.

The catwalk runway for the night .. . with more than 40 models involved.

So I tag along Esther and Shantee as one of the fashion blogger into this great event.

Project Undo Pt.1 – The Underground Dominants @ Opera, Sunway

Recently I got a few invites to fashion event and its very impressive to see what is going on at our fashion industry especially on our young creative designers. At first when I got this invites I do not really know what was it all about with an idea knowing music and fashion combines together.

Project UNDO is a series of event that embrace fashion and music blend together with music line up An Honest Mistake, ZE!, DJ Nas T, DJ Tareeq, Arthur Tan and Rosen Boy and on the fashion runway will showcase talent like Jimmy Lim, Joe Chia, Alexandra Yeo, Allien Gan and MNEP.

Let the event begin .. . . .

Start off with fashion runway . . . with the latest collection of Jimmy Lim.

of course will always invites the person behind the design and for this round is Jimmy Lim, Award-winning fashion designer is known as one of New Zealand’s new generation of star designers, and was awarded the prestigious title of Deutz Fashion Design Ambassador of the Year at Air New Zealand Fashion Week 2004, where he represented New Zealand as the Deutz Fashion Design Ambassador at London Fashion Week 2006. for more info (click here)

When I saw this invites for this event and wanted to RSVP on the website and it was actually NO More for 7Aste. . . Pretty disappointed by the fact it had been all RSVP but I could not thank more to it was sad when but I have to thanks Simon Seow for the lovely invites to 7Aste, Monte Carlo happening at Ecobar.

Outside of the bar were decorated till like a mini Grand Prix area with 2 Porche displaying and a spotlight entrance. Welcome to Circuit de Monaco with some performance, drinks and booze tonight.

Love the outside area that decorated with light cube table . . .

Tables too, got light up with 7aste . ..

As I was there early, there are a few things we can do before the official event start.

They have fortuna wheel. What we need to do is just pick one of the number that you feel chances of hitting on it is there, of course there will be different price. I choose the easiest and after the wheel stop, you have to be the first one to answer the questions shown on the screen. The first one to answer it corretly, and I got won myself a 2g Pen Drive. Well, there are just some greedy people staying on the machine winning more than 5 pieces.

Another simple game, Punto Banco was another gaming area opposite the section. Its Bacarat actually, winner get a 7aste Ashray.

Celebrate my 1st Hennessy Artistry big bash 2010 @ MIECC, Mines Resort City

I have always wanted to go Hennessy Artistry event and jealous to those bloggers who always went to this event. I was not so in luck previously as it clashes with my other event that prevent me from attending this but now, I celebrate with Big Bash which is the biggest event for Hennessy Artistry for the year 2010 with estimated 5k people will be partying hard (I am 1 of them).

The usuals we will camwhore around whenever there is a chance.

I just love the quote, Global Art of Mixing, that mix with local and international talents around to bring the house down. Not just only that, the alcohol they serve with alot of mixing certainly rockz!

When we walked in, a few sections can be seen in this place and one that interest us the most is this area.

Mixing with the music, definately I love to try but no available stalls are there. . .

Nice Taiwanese Food at New Farmosa Restaurant @ SS2

Till now I have seen many bloggers blog about Taiwan, how nice to travel there and not to miss especially their food, I have just came back from that country too. One thing that I have learn is that, the taste of Taiwanese food is quite mild compare to our Malaysia local taste but one of the restaurant that I find it quite similar to Taiwan taste is this restaurant New Farmosa Restaurant which is located at the back main road of SS2, which I would say opposite ESSO petrol station.

A restaurant which is normally decorated with red table cloth and yellow light.

In the menu, you will be suprise and pampered by a wide selection of food available and I am impress.

Usually a new restaurant to me, what I would order is more on their signature dish or chef recommendation or the recommendation of that captain but what we have got on that day is all pre arrange. Just sit back and be prepared to be showered with lottttsssss of food.

One of their signature drink is which I lurrrveeeee it alot Sour Plum Juice, something which is very refreshing, sour level till my jaw is a bit lose yet not that sweet, just as I like it but some of them do not like it. Homemade Herbal Tea is one on the front.

You might seen this person appearing in alot of blogs and definately must ask have her to be in my blog too.. hehehe.. This is Ester and her side kick. . .
