I was at Mid Valley to attend the Quicksilver & Roxy Spring 2011 latest collection . ..
Love the stage lighting that suits the collection . . .beach ware feel . ..
The event was Emcee by Fly fm crew Ben, Nadia, and Phat Fabes
and kick start with a few local celebrities and let the fashion begins . . .
Finally, the long awaited musical is here to stage in Malaysia, Peter Pan the Musical and I was all excited when we got a chance to get a mini preview on the cast and crew that Mr. Aaron (CEO) of Sunway explains all the whole project and scene to us. (click here)
It was the premier night that I got invited along and the whole stage complete with the LED lightings and effect sure do impress me compare to the half done when we were there to get a glimpse. As this musical show is held at Sunway Lagoon Amphitheater.
Right from the main entrance till to the ground level of Sunway Lagoon and you can either choose to be transported into a buggy to the theater location or you can choose to walk. For me, I choose to walk to trying to take a few shots around the area and this certainly makes me want to come back in here for purely photoshoot which is now Sunway Lagoon do have Night Parks for RM10 per entry.
We were there early around 7.30pm and nearly all the front seats already got filled up. The stage lighting is pretty impresive as their final work, and we like it~
Hehe, with the usual suspect there, Louise, Emeryn and her sister and Esther got dissapear somehwere in the theater.

As the waiting time is very draggy and we were told to start at 8pm and it started around 9ishpm which is far behind schedule.
Started off with Chris Colby, the director of Production introducing the musical and welcoming all the VIP guest and sponsors. Its quite impressive how he manage to say out all in Bahasa although its a bit funny but great efford~
Then come David Cort, experience choreographer telling us how he get hold of all his crew through casting.
Kick off Year 2010 a love guru, artist, and famous artist cum song writer in a concert. When I was checking my email then got an email from Florence that she have got the tickets and please come collect. Nothing much I can say, but Florence…A Big big Thannkkkkk youuuuuuu from all of us..
I reach in Sunway kinda early while waiting for the rest and after meet up with the rest and saw the pricing of the ticket, my eyes widen with my jaw nearly dropping off by seeing the value of the ticket~
It’s a VVIP ticket worth RM1500. Wooohooo, this would be the very first time attending a concert under this category. With no idea of how it feels and look like, just cant wait to go down to the arena, Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach.
I was at MOS entrance then Jon and Ah Keh was at another entrance, and walk there to find them…So pack with people lining up to go into the concert and then only realize it’s the wrong entrance for us. #$!@#$! To both of them.
Walked back to MOS entrance and camwhore a lil bit..
Our VVIP ticket, then mana tau after camwhore kena blok by the security that no camera was allow and it was stupid me to take pic infront of the security. Then not satisfied as I saw alot of people bring in camera. Then I walk to the back and change people taking my bag and manage to sneak in..wahhahaha.. thanks to clever Jon with his trick~

At that moment, the crowd area was pretty dead, sardine pack but the atmosphere is not there yet until this 2 Emmcee for the night from Fly.fm came out, to stir up a bit.
Then the whole thing starts.
Kick off with one of our very local artist, R&B/soul singer Najwa Mahiaddin
After the local performance, and the stage was darken abit and the crowd start to go crazy and the DJ on the stage teasing with some music abit and with the emcee bringing the crowd together, chanting the name of Ne-Yo… Ne-yooo.. Then all the band members filling up the stage and suddenly saw a dark shadow to the mic area and the crowd went crazy with his very first song of the night… ‘Because of You’ that is quite well known to most of us. The girls around my area started to get craze, standing up swaying, singing and dancing…
Next song to go into the hit list performance is ‘I’ll be your Boyfriend’
Continue excites the crowd with his hit songs.

Even that they stop some people from sneaking camera in, but can you imagine how many camera’s are there?
Sea of crowd and sardine pack with estimated 20,000 people electrify the area.
Few songs after that, comes with the special appearance of Jadyn Maria, which I do not really know who she is, but her songs is not bad. After a few songs of solo singing then…
duet with Ne-yo.
Then continue with the rest of his hit songs, ‘Sexy Love’, ‘So Sick’, ‘Independant Woman’, ‘Closer’, ‘Mad’, ‘Never Knew I Needed’ ,‘Fade into the Background’, ‘Lie to Me’, ‘Part of the List’.
Crowd singing, dancing all night long is what I am expecting for the night. Even some of the girls from the other VIP area pull their chairs to the middle area to sit and dance.
Besides that, some talking and piece of advice of relationship to all the crowd which I make him to the love guru side. A great flow of the night of how he link it and sing with his songs.
The night did not just end like that as he paid tribute to Micheal Jackson by dancing his hit song, ‘Beat It’ and the crowd went crazy. He just bring the crowd to ecstasy just like that~
He certainly said that, this would not be his first and last concert in Malaysia, he certainly is coming back for more. Thank you to all of you.

Certainly it was a good concert and it was a great opportunity too attend such a great 1..
