This year mid-autumn festival celebration with Tai Thong Group is really unique as it recently introduces 4 new variants of mooncakes incorporating the best of local and international fruits.
Ingredients used are fresh and dried fruits to make up the aromatic unique flavours. Fruits that make up the base layer of the mooncakes this year include orange, blueberry, mango and pineapple, which are all very citrusy, refreshing and naturally sweet for my liking.
One of their all time best seller is their all mighty Imperial Musang King Royale. Using one of a premium durian with pretty solid durian meat base in snowskin version.
All the series were crafted by one of a award winning Chef Yiu Wing Keung for this healthy combination.

Very intersting combination is this Pan seared Scallop with Blueberry and Apricot @ RM58++ . A mild sourish and sweetness from bluberry with this scallop that makes it quite unique.
