In my last round posting regarding on this upcoming heritage area in Penang, that also becoming one of the hotspot for cafe. I was walking around and undecided which outlet to go in then randomly pop into this outlet because of the friendly waiter. . The Big Fat Hen Cafe is also one of the latest addition to that area and have quite a unique concept itself.

Love the interior as the past used old story books onto the wall to make it as one of the decor. .

Love their friendly service here too as right you were seated, there is this friendly waiter that came by to greet you and create a warm conversation.

Right over weekend, they have live band too at their first floor.

Menu are in story book format. .

Cafe is still rather new and their menu will change to a proper once in another month or two.

 

Price is decent as they are comparable with KL prices for brunch.

According to their waiter, their milkshake is a bomb which is also their signature. Vanilla Malt @ RM 12

So far, for a homemade version, this is one of the best milkshake that I have come across and its pretty much highly recommended!!

Since their main signboard outside put it so big and decided to try along their Big Fat Breakfast @ RM 28 nett. 

Serve along Chicken Patty with Cheese, scramble egg with salmon on puff pastries, pasta arabatta, herb crust tomato, baked beans, ginger glased carrot & French Toast.

its a pretty huge portion for a person and I do not think I can finish this for breakfast but for brunch, high chances.

Its not a bad place to chill or for brunch. Might come back to try their other food.

Vanilla Malt Milkshake is recommended!
