To start off our meal, one of the signature items in the shop is ‘Claypot Lou See Fun’. Served boiling hot, and soup base is starchy like shark fin soup base and top with mince pork on top, love my portion to add on vinegar.
‘Fried Clamp with Garlic and Chili Padi’ that had been fried flavorful with spiciness of chili padi and aroma of garlic that soak into the clamp and eat it with rice, is simply delicious.
Next, which is one of my favourite is ‘Fried Pig Intestine with Garlic and Chili Padi’. The intestine is very chewy yet filled wok hei and aroma of it. I sapu half of the plate.
‘Fried Sambal Kang Kung’ nothing to shout about.
Last but not least ‘Guinness Pork Ribs’ is one of their signature that had been marinated very well till the flavor soak into the meat and baked in a high temperature oven is simply delicious. Soft tender and juicy meat is something hard to resist. This remains as one of our favorite.
After dine a few times, althought their food it good, and everytime I after a few hours, I will be drinking alot of water which means alot of Ajinamoto in it.

But BEWARE of this 'plump lady boss' which takes orders. She was very rude to us when we placed a 2nd order of the similar food. She sounded damn pissed & question us as to why we didn't order everything just now ...
Talking about customers service ... this lady gets a 5 * for absolute rudeness !
