1-Malaysia Buffett @ Saujana Hotel

When our new Prime Minister created the new slogan 1-Malaysia, many races had take the opportunity to create something related to the theme, and one of the most recent participant to the concept are Saujana Hotel. The slogan is to create harmony in all races to make Malaysia as one, and Saujana, Suria Cafe had created 1-Malaysia concept by compiling all famous local food in Malaysia to cater for everyone to enjoy in their latest buffet set.

Suria Cafe

Suria Café creates a very traditional ambiance with a feel of Kampung style and relaxing by the sound of mini fountain.

Lets start off with huge range of appetizer section with all our sweet and sour delicacy:

Local favourites would not be complete if you never tried this. Anything with pangang(BBQ) will satisfy you. With the ingredient you get to choose from, Squid, Fish(Kambung, Sting Ray, Cod), Chicken,

that will pangang with leaves wrapping over.

Looking for nyonya favourites, this stall provides you Char Koey Teow.

One of the favourites are Satay. Chicken and Beef (to look out for)

Marinated perfectly, and grill to soft and juicy that must dip with peanut sauce provided next to it.

After meal if you are looking to quench your thrist, then Teh Tarik is one of the drink to give a try.

By the end of the meal, I was so full even though I ate a piece of every selection. There are certainly a few sections to be looking at, the open air fried and bbq area.

but the food was a great quaality, oh the satay and BBQ were superb!I heard someone were raving about the food that night! I did! superb satay!
