Bari Uma Ramen @ PJ

I think something wrong with my phone camera now as it did turns out pretty bad. Hmm..well, last week did came by here to pay a visit to check out a event and remember that I did had a great chat with a lady during my Ramadan review mentioning her son is operating a new Ramen business in Jaya Shopping Center known as Bari Uma Ramen.

 There are quite a number of eateries here and this is being one of them.

 Gyoza here are pretty good too. Pan fried to perfection and easily beats many stalls out there. Worth to try.

Upon walking in the entrance, you can smell the lovely fragrant of slow bbq char siew in the kitchen. As it was serve, we all got excited as it smells so good and best of all, the fats and the meat are spread evenly. One piece is not enough, so we order another plate extra.

 Its soft, easy to chew and the fats nearly melt in your mouth.

Cook in pork flavour broth, the soup sure do look thick and taste as good as it look. I order their signature which is Bari Uma @ RM 26 and add on RM 2 for the egg. Love the texture of ramen which is slight springy and soup base is pretty kick. Thick enough for flavour yet slightly oily to make it “this is sinful to finish” yet you will finish it. The more you drink, it has slightly salty end after that.

Since in the mood for some spicy stuff, so ask my colleague to order Kara Uma @ RM 26. I prefer this more than the original as however I find the taste is stronger and taste better.

I find this Bari Uma, sure do have its advantage as it do beats a few other ramen shops available out there. Worth to try once.
