Love my Yee sang as it is fit with fresh butter fish and tuna. The sauce that the chef make is just nice to bring sweet sourish and freshness of the ingredients out.

Double boiled morels with fish maw and sun-dried scallop soup

Braised abalone with mushroom, stuffed Japanese Kanto sea cucumber and brown sauce. this is my first time seeing an sea cucumber like with torn. Interestingly, it is only available in Japanese sea water. Texture is more solid, slighty springy.

Crispy prawns coated with lemon dressing, garnished with tropical fruit salsa and tobiko
