This movie is about a police guy got framed and the partner is a very cool guy that wanted by the police. The French had divided into 2 area at that time which D-13 is controlled by Gang which have a law under their own. One of the Governing guy trying to create a misunderstanding between the 2 parties for his own good. So this 2 cool guy was in action trying to save both party as the saw the whole scene coming up.
The movie is so so only. This was recommended by the DVD seller. For me. I would recommend to watch it when you are free. DVD purchase is the best option.
