Dine Under the Stars @ Stratosphere, The Roof, PJ

Oh well, how many place can we think of a nice sunset dinner or a romantic dinner right at the roof top with a nice view. I believe there are not many in Klang Valley and Stratosphere had been added into the list for organizing such dinner.

I find that they did put alot of effort for this special occasion that they do leave fresh rose flower petals on the floor and just follow it as it will guide you all the way up to the roof.

The Roof is definitely no stranger to many clubbers in PJ as they had set foot in this state by being one of the most happening place to be with 5 different sections for you to move around.

All settings had been done, to set the ambiance by tying helium balloons along the chairs, some rose petals on the table.

If you reach early, you will get to enjoy the sunset and a glass of wine on hand would be just perfect.

Sitting at the edge will definately give you a better view from sunset to night as when the city are all light up.

Oh, when the night hits, we are being serve with our fix menu and kick start off with Mushroom Soup. Love the smell and taste of it which is strong with mushroom smell and there are mini cubes of mushroom along in it. Truffle oil do add on the taste of it. Set back is when the soup is serve it is pretty cold.

Tuna sashimi salad is next in the menu where it is a very straight forward and healthy dish. something light for you to tone down before the mains.

 

Was recommended on one of the signature which is  Chicken Roulade. No doubt that this stood out well as the gravy that had along is creamy, pungent in taste yet did not over power the chicken. Chicken is cook to perfection as its soft and juicy.

Rack of Lamb were pretty good too as the gravy and wasabi mustard did make it unique as I order my lamb medium, there were some inconsistency in it. However there are very generous with the lamb as those 4 are pretty huge.

Lastly for dessert, we had trio of sweets that serve in a taster portion whereby its a bit of everything.

The first from the right to left is a sweet apple crumble, center is a salted chocolate dessert and last is a milk pudding infused with ginger essence.

Love their wine selection too as there are a bottle of red wine on the table that can be purchase with 50% off and the rest on the wine menu is at full price.

 

Definitely a great place to be for a romantic date or catch up with your best buddy.
