Melbourne Food & Wine Festival with AirAsia Free Seats

Being a foodie person could not help to stop my temptation of any food festival that being hosted whenever I travel. When I saw the visual with Melbourne Food & Wine festival is something that I could not help to avoid the temptation. Studied there for 3 years do make me miss their fantastic food that they have discover and produce yet they are also well know with all their fresh produce, seafood, wine and many more that you can think off.

To enjoy many of their food range, Melbourne Food & Wine FEstival will surely be one to aim for that they will be hosting all under one roof. As the event for this year offers visitors two fun-filled weeks of food and wine tastings, culinary demonstrations, music and family-friendly events with some of the most talented chefs around the globe.

Sitting under the sun with some cold breeze yet enjoying wine with great companion is certainly something we could not ask for more or at night, with those fairy lights that sets in the ambiance, for a small chat, street food and trucks that you can hunt for is definitely satisfying!

With masterchef series 2015 that made me glue to it till now and tremendous talent that they have introduce that makes me not to miss such festival with their amazing produce, chef, young talent, wines and some of the highlights of the festival in 2015 are the Acqua Panna Perfect Match events, a series of food and wine pairings featuring everything from burgers and seafood to Korean dishes and Indian spices, and the Acqua Panna Global Wine Experience, tastings of Old and New World wines held by leading Australian sommeliers in year 2015 already making me excited to understand further more of food and pairing with flavor.

Other can’t miss events include the Global Chef & Wine Dinners in which guests chef take over a popular Melbourne restaurant for a night to treat guests to an exciting dining experience. Oh well, foodie being foodie, food around the world is always my number one priority to try out and with this festival, event better to do so many all under one roof.
