Seafood & Fish Noodle @ B & Best Restaurant, SS4

I have to say that Instagram now do make a big hit into F&B business, as many people or the new trend is whenever the person whom you follow, you are keen to try on the food, fashion or anything that related to them. Well, I discover this place as KY do move around and saw his Instagram about this place then decided to try it out.

Never knew this place exist as this coffee shop certainly smack right in the heart of this SS4 neighborhood and if I did not turn from Petronas there, I would not find this stretch of shop lot.

It was early in the morning as we are hunting for breakfast and we were here about 9.30am and this place already so pack.

When I saw what they are cooking, it gives me the feel of the similiar famous curry noodle shop in Segambut that serve pretty decent yet expesinve noodle known as Yu Ai seafood.

Ingredients here are pretty fresh and I miss out the fish ball as it looks pretty decent. Will come by again next round.

Kopi Ais here is pretty good, as its pretty strong and pungent in taste. .

When I walk into the outlet, I notice alot people are ordering Fish Cake and we decided to order one too. Turns out to be pretty good as its warm, aromatic and looks like its a home made version.

In this shop, its pretty famous for their clear soup base and we ordered one to share with better quality fish(Red Snapper). Fish is very fresh, soft and good. Clear soup with pork lard is sure a great way to start up our morning.

*there are a few versions of fish for you to choose and price are vary to market price.

Since I smell tomyum, and ordered one too, with normal fish with added clams. Taste of the soup are more towards sour base rather than spicy and I prefer the clear soup more.

Then we get more pork lard to add more umph into the soup. .

One thing you must not miss is their homemade sambal. Spicy enough to make you sweat and kick enough to dip along with any of the ingredient you wanted too.

To find this shop is not that hard as they are the only one that are super pack with people over the weekend and just locate 2 little tress that block their coffee shop sign board.

Overall my bill came to about RM45 and surely is not cheap to dine there. Again it depends what kind of ingredient you order and its not a every weekend affairs to dine there unless you are willing to fork out money.
