Suntory Beer, the Premiem Malt’s – Japan No.1 Premium Beer Lauching

The event was Emcee by Owen Yap one of a famous news caster.

With Ambassador from Japan and his wife waiting to officiate the great brand to our Malaysian Market.

Then we were introduce to this Suntory – The Premium Malt’s beer from Japan with the history and explanation of it.

The great trick to get the best of the beer is :

1) Pour fast vertically to about half the glass then stop

2) Let the foam settle for about 20 seconds

3) Pour the rest slowly, leaving about 2-3  inches of foam

To enjoy the beer, the exact amount of foam for the glass is around 1/3 of it. This premium beer was created and also to aim on tasting on our tongue 5 senses as it will fill our palates with its elegant aroma, sharp and enriched bitter taste.

When you know how they make it to such a premium beer and the ingredient they use to perfection comes from three finest ingredients – the two-row barley, aroma hops, and the Japanese natural water (100% natural water for brewing, that is drawn from underground springs that flow from beautiful mountains)

Then we got performance by this 2 great musicians with violinist, Dennis Lau

With me at the event and enjoying the free flow beer. . . Would rather say it is going to be one of the best Japanese beer I have tried out..

I had did some experiment with the beer and the discovery is :  I did some try out according to the exact method of pouring the beer, the taste had come out with sweet fragrant then bitter at the end of each sip…

Then secondly I try out that, we pour normal without the proper way of pouring (just like how we pour our normal beer with half inch to 1 inch foam) the taste came out rather bitter all the way.

Then there is a beer pouring competition, that I just ended up there happily. 😀

The rules is who pour the fasterst with perfection like we got explain with the exact 2-3 inch foam at the end will be the winner.

After pouring it, we have to drink it and Kampaiiiiii to every one.

The end result, everyone is a winner. 😀 so I got a 12 cans of Suntory which I truely enjoy at home.

I love the taste of the beer which is light, and pour accordingly you will enjoy sweetness, bitterness, smooth sipping all the way down and just love the aroma. Just do not look down on this light beer with 5.5% of alcohol level. the more you sip the more you wont feel it, once the kick is in, there you are..in some where else.

You all gonna love this beer~
