Autumn Cakes series at The Champignon @ Eko Cheras

How I wish that we have 4 seasons in our country. Then we get to wear cool dressing and even food menu will be in season series. Currently, it is Autumn Season for The Champignon in Eko Cheras for their special edition Autumn Petit Gateau Collection.

Carefully selected ingredients that indicate on warm chill flavours like pear, apple, dark chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, caramel.

Look at these beautifully crafted desserts.

Bunny 20 – Orange Whipped Ganache, Apple infused Orange Compote, Coconut Crunchy and Orange Cake

Looking at this, kinda reminds me Beauty and the beast. A perfectly chocolate tempt as the holder t make it a Mastercraft for Teapot 20 – Oolong Jasmine Tea Mousse, Pear infused Lemon compote, Oolong Tea Sponge, Crumble Base

One of the highlights of the season is this Maple 20 – Lemon Cheese Mousse, Blueberry Compote, Lime Royaltine Crunchy

For green tea lover, this would be one of your options. Jade 19 – Matcha mousse, Black Sesame, Matcha Sponge

One of my favourite is this Acorn 21 – filled with Hazelnut Praline Mousse, Soft Caramel Nutty, Coffee Whipped Ganache and Chocolate Molleux
