Cheese Burger Bakar Abang Burn @ Ampang

Got to read some blogs about this place it seems Cheese Burger Bakar Abang Burn is one of a fancy joints that happen to be pop out stall at our street food scene at Ampang. Actually, I read that Abang Burn is hail from Pulau Pangkor and became a butcher in Australia for many years before returning back to our shore.

With his love for burger and steak, he have since then created Burger Bakar Abang Burn that had massively created a big hype and now franchise program is available. Interesting.

The stall starts operate at 6pm and queue started at 5.45pm.

What is so special about this stall. I guess it boils down to 2 things for me. Homemade Patty and also their new inclusion of cheese version like raclette cheese – an additional of RM 15 just for that. There are 4 flavours available but that depends more like choices of the day on which is available.

Their classic is Burger Bakar from RM 7.90 then they do have Premium Burger bakar from Rm 8.90 and it seems their signature is Kuater Kilo @ RM 12.90.

you will see very rare in our ramlee burger scene or burger bakar will have this machine. However this is their new signature in this stall.

They do have meatballs too  @ RM 9.90

Ordered 2 to try out. One is Kuater Kilo with Cheese Ractlett – cheese of the day is Raja cheese – Swedish Raclette with total damage of RM 12 + RM 15 = RM 27 for street burger.

Another which is crowd favourite would just add on cheese banjir @ RM 3 as it seperate into 2 version. Will try the fondue next.

Cheesy Mushroom @ RM 5.90 

Love the texture of the meat, as it is soft and not over cook yet fragrant. With cheese banjir ontop make it more interesting and be prepared to get messy from your hand to mouth.

another burger is Burger Bakar Ayam @ RM 7.90. add cheese too. Raclette cheese is quite good. Salty to my liking that pairs well. But it does seems that my cheese is much little compare to others in the picture during preparation.

As you can see the cheese did not cover the whole patty as compare to others that I saw.
