Flight Club @ KLIA (International Departure)

Before flight, there is always a rush or you need a quick bite before taking off. This is not only good news for both local and international travellers as this restaurant might be one of the right choice. Flight Club which just recently open its door to public had quite a good offerings to customers. 

Flight Club offers a good range of healthy food cooking from fresh ingredients which inspired by herbs and seeds.

Right outside their outlet, they have a mini bar area set up for patrons to enjoy alcohol and with those opting for proper hot meals, in their dining area where it is well design that overlook the airport and comfy seatings is one of the place to relax for transit or before taking off. 

Travellers that need to recharge all your electronic items, they have more then enough plugs to cater for your needs.

They have certain sets offerings that allow you to enjoy fresh salad too.

Home-grown Farmer Tomatoes @ RM12
An exotic combination of oriental flavours – a bird’s nest of papaya salad dressed with roasted ground peanut, tamarind sauce and tossed with mint leaf.

Highland Green Rainforest @ RM 16
‘Espic’ tomato, Parmesan chip, roasted sunflower seed and aged vinegar come together for a quick perk-me-up

Traditional Roasted Pumpkin Soup @ RM 12
Cream of roasted pumpkin, scented with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, garnished with roasted almond flakes and bullet cream.

Hydroponic Baby Cos “Caesar’s Style” @ RM 16
The classic Caesar Salad of Parmigiano-Reggiano and smoked garlic dressing, given a twist with baby cos leaves, thinly-sliced beef bacon, radish, cherry tomato and anchovy topped with slices of slow-cooked blackened chicken breast.

Chicken Koay Teow Soup @ RM 23
Ipoh flat rice noodle in a smooth and flavourful broth, topped with shredded steamed chicken, coriander, scallion and bean sprout.

Singapore Curry Noodle @ RM 23
Yellow noodle with fish cake, fried bean curd and bean sprout in a coconut-based curry laksa broth.

Nasi Lemak @ RM 23
An all-time local delight of coconut flavoured rice served with fragrant sambal ikan bilis (a spicy chilli paste, sautéed with onion, garlic, prawn paste and dried anchovy), crispy chicken drumettes, roasted salted peanut, boiled egg, pickled salad and cucumber.

Traditional Shepherd’s Pie @ RM33
Minced lamb stew, slow-cooked in tomato concasse infused with thyme and basil, with a golden crust of gratin mashed potato. Simply delicious.

The Englishman’s Fish & Chips @ RM 26
River fish fillet coated with multigrain seed batter, served with a classic apple cider vinaigrette and tartar sauce.

Angel Hair Aglio e Olio @ RM 28
Sautéed “Sepatang” dried shrimp, smoked garlic, scallion, bird’s eye chili and topped with grilled river fish fillet.

Squid Ink Pasta @ RM 25
Artisan homemade fresh pasta coloured and flavoured with squid ink, cooked with squid, tomato julienne, cilantro and virgin olive oil.

Pot Roast @ RM 39
Australian Black Angus beef brisket, oven braised to perfection with garlic butter-glazed jersey potatoes, Cameron Highlands vegetables, served with equally fresh hydroponic green salad.

1824 Beef Cheek @ RM 42
Braised in beef jus with mirepoix and bouquet garni, (a combination of aromatic vegetables and herbs to lightly flavour the stock) and served with couscous grain, buttered-verly Cameron Highlands vegetables and miso gravy.

Beetroot Ice Cream with Cheese Cake @ RM15
Served with soft and creamy Hanjuku cheese cake, fresh berries, drizzled with strawberry sauce.

Cempedak Ice Cream (single scoop) @ RM10

Kinda love their food as with healthy food option, the taste wise is still pretty good and best of all, for aiport food I find that their price is very reasonable with generous portion .
