Imperial Chakri Palace Royal Thai Cuisine @ KLCC

Those that work around KLCC, I am pretty sure that you are very familiar with this restaurant Imperial Chakri Palace as they have been a strong Thai Food establishment for quite some time already.

As per compare with my last visit, they have renovated to a newly contemporary clean dining space.

Sparkly Thai Lemongrass @ RM 13.90, Honey Lemongrass @ RM 12.90, Honey Pandan @ RM 12.90. Love all their drink as its very refreshing and good!

Upon serving, Chakri Mieng Kham Scallop is nicely presented as the scallop is place on top of the fried leave. Scallop is cook to perfection and the special homesauce that top ontop do make the difference with a little hint of spicy, soury and crips at the end when you eat with the leaves. @ RM 49.90

Four Winged Bean Salad with King Prawn @ RM 32.90 is serve with a giant head prawn pointing at you. Something that I have yet come across as usually its more like a vegetable dish to me and they combine it with prawns. King Prawn is sweet, juicy and fresh.

Thai food will never be great if I miss my Chakri Clear Tomyum Seafood as this is their clear version of seafood. Sweet seafood taste, medium spicy with sour end is something that I am looking for. Perfect soup to start with.@ RM 15.90

Thai Papaya Salad with Tuna @ RM 26 is worth trying if you prefer something classic as tuna is being cook to my liking with slight pink in the middle. Mild Spicy, sourness is a kind of taste you would not miss.

For the night, this had been one of my favourite dish – Green Curry Crab Meat with Rice Noodles @ RM 29.90. Generous with crab meat top at the top of the curry and meat is fresh. Aromatic well balance green creamy curry just make it well balance, with mild spicy. getting a few spoonful of curry ontop of rice noodle do tone down the flavour slightly and its a pretty combination. Recommended.

Deep fried garoupa served with Chakri’s Special Thai Herb @ RM 79.90

Glutinous Rice Ball in Coconut Cream @ RM 16.90 known as one of their signature. Coconut cream is slightly too thick for me, love the shredded slice coconut.

Steamed Sweet Banana in Coconut Milk @ RM 16.90,  Fresh Fruit Platter Standard – Pon Laa Mai Kap Ma Moung @ RM 15.90

Chakri Red Ruby Water Chestnut – Ai Tim Tab Tim Krob @ RM 18.90 Homemade red ruby water chestnut, sago, jackfruit and vanilla ice cream served with icy coconut milk.
