Shilin Taiwan Street Snacks 10th Year Anniversary with new Item Crispy Salt Pepper Mushroom

One of a snack which is pretty similiar or near to Taiwan is this Shilin Taiwan Street Snacks. I have always love their mee sua even though its no where near there but this is the nearest as we can get.

When they started and how they got popular is with their mee sua and also their authentic Taiwan street snack favourites, XXL Crispy Chicken. I believe most of you are pretty familiar with their menu and in conjunction with their 10th Anniversary, Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks launched a new street snack, Crispy Salt Pepper Mushroom (鹽酥金针菇).

There are many outlets that you can find in Malaysia yet 1-Utama and Sunway Pyramid branch still remains my favourite as they are more consistent.

This guy in 1- Utama Branch is one of the most amazing guy that if you sit there and dine, and when he is free, look at how he promote all the items there. Must say its a super sales guy!

One of my favorite is Homemade Oyster Mee Sua @ RM6.50

Then this snacks had attracted many people to buy too as it used to be thinner strips and well coated and now they have increase the size of Potato. So this is Sweet Plum Potato Fries @ RM4.50

 Their famous XXL Chicken @ RM 6.50

 A new and improve version of Crispy Floss Egg Crepe @ RM6, as for this now, I finish the whole roll myself.

This is their latest edition into their menu which is Crispy Salt Pepper Mushroom @ RM5.50 each, comes in 3 different flavours, as above is seaweed. . .

and this is Wasabi. Apparently its one of the hot selling item at the moment. My personal preference would be Seaweed. . more aromatic in taste, crispy and suits well. 🙂
