Right after seafood dinner, there are still some one craving for some spicy food and since KampungBoyCityGirl are with us on the dinner, did ask them what can we have nearby the area in KL and they recommended this Roti Canai place that we must go try it out. They rate this shop as one of their favourite for any late night supper and instantly we hit waze to come by here.

ROTI (1)

Its not a place hard to find as their shop are operate under the bright street yellow light and their shop is well light with neon white light. Pretty hard for you to miss them too as there are alot of cars park by the road side. (parking space is the illegal parking space at road  side). Since they claim themselves to be BEST ROTI CANAI on the board when I read that, I am a bit skeptical.

As I was seated for 5 minutes at the road side seating, none of the people came by to take our order and I went in to order. The lady boss apologize on their service and ask me to be seated then there will be some one attending to me shortly. I am quite impress on this. Flipping roti is one of the style before putting it into hot plate and cook.

Quite a comfy area to be .

ROTI (5)

This Roti Canai is serve at paper thin and very crispy, as I believe this is their style of making it compare to any other stalls that I have eaten so far. The sambal do get my attention as its spicy enough, yet they blend it with anchovies to make it very aromatic. A bit salty end which is just right, then I requested for mix gravy and added that in. Just a bomb.

I would say the roti is pretty decent and the best is the Sambal that make it extra kick. Overall, not a bad place to drop by for simple supper after club. 😀
