Penang Shopping Mall Christmas Decoration

After looking at KL shopping mall decoration and decided to hunt for how is Penang Mall Christmas Decoration, and when I arrived at Gurney Plaza, to much dissapointment the theme is like ‘OMG’, ‘WTF’ Power Rangers?!! SHIT!!! What does they theme have to do with Christmas? When saw it, totally ‘si pek DOWN’.

At least still manage to gain back someting with Christmas Tree infront of the main entrance.
This is the Christmas Decoration at QueesBay Mall, Penang. I guess Penang this time, the mall has decided to go for cartoon and superhero’s character. At least this was not so down compare to Gurney Plaza.

Paranoid @ Gurney Plaza 2

Last week when I went back to Penang and drop by to new shopping site Gurney Plaza 2 and I came across this shop its Paranoid. It sells high end street ware like those I used to crave. This shop is selling Original Fake, Bape, Stussy, Neighbourhood and another brand. The pricing definitely its much cheaper compare I bought it in Melb or E-bay. I have no idea it is real or fake but for those who are into this brand, it is worth to check it out.

Located on the 3rd Floor if I am not mistaken. In front of Lovely Lace

Christmas Gift, Canon SLR 450D

At last after 1 year of deciding on to get or not to get the SLR, I have manage to get it for my very own christmas present this year. Althought still new with the function but I am definately proud and excited to own this Canon SLR 450D. After much survey of it. It is because of the price drop I have decided to get on it during the PC fair 2 weeks ago. So yeh, I have my very own SLR. Hopefully I can capture nicer picture next round.

This show is about Jim Carry having a misserable life, and one of his old friend encourage him to join this seminiar , everything you say is ‘YES’ after the event, his life change totally after he went to this event. From misserable to unexpected promotion, love life, and definately with his idotic face expression, you definitely can expect his weird weird expression. It is a funny movie to watch, with those who are lacking of confidence, definitely you can apply ‘YES’ lol… which I believe its kinda true. 😉

Star Live Concert

I am blogging behind schedule and there are so many things more to blog where by I cant find my time to do it. This were suppose to be blog 2 weeks ago. well well, today should be alright.
Me and my friends went to this Star Live concert.(it was given for FREE). Let, me tell you, they totally have the concert atmosphere there, every 1 were like shouting like crazee for their own idol. Most of the artist I don’t know who they are but luckily I did hear their songs before. So it is quite fun for me.
Amazingly when reach the field, it was like mud pile up and wet. Can just see the lady walking back to our direction, her whole feet sink into the mud and damm, I am wearing my white converse, its gonna be damm muddy black grey when I am back. Then *ting ting..got an idea. Went back to A&W to get plastic back from them and tie it on my shoe and there we go…to our Zone..

The ticket I got from my friend. Sitting in Extreme Hot Zone B. Too Bad I didn’t bring my camera there. Was using my friend’s phone camera(Sony Ericson don know what). So do not be disappointed. I think it is not bad.

This 2 are definitely famous person among the crowd. They are called Y2J as what my friend told me. The guy was a winner of don know what Taiwan singing competition and definitely there is a song whereby every one knows. (don know what is their song name, a bit banana)

This is definitely a great guy, If I am not mistaken he is Jam Hsiao from Taiwan. His music is definitely good, what I would rate him as next upcoming Gary Chao. His style of music, his dance steps, his voice definitely alot similar like Gary. His voice is unbelievable. I will be looking forward for your album. Consider this guy~
This guy I believe most of us will know, JJ Lin, singing his new track and definitely stir up the whole environment as he is one of the last 2 person to show up.
Needless to say this pretty lady where most of the guys are waiting for, Janice. With all her accent and style of singing. Well, that is her trademark.
This guy I cant remember. (help me to recall please)
This is one of the familiar faces to everybody where its Vincy. Singing along with all her hot track.
This definitely give me a surprise. I thought they were a group from HK, with their style of fashion and accent of cantonese, SUPRISINGLY it is a local group. WOW!!! I am amaze by that. This group is called MANHAND. Their music is good for local industry, definitely they are above average, have 1 guy doing the turn table(aka like Linkin Park) style a bit same. They have their soft music also which is very nice, they sing, rap,soft, rock. Worth trying to listen more.
This is another local guy doing rap, his dressing definitely look nice but his face like never sleep for bout a week. Can definitely see that he is so tired from don’t know what. If not mistaken,this guy is Danny One(please correct me if I am wrong). His music is not bad but definitely must put some make up. Then he will get the feel of an artist.
The last guy I miss it, which is one of my favourite song from this artist, its Harlem Yu cause it was drizzling. So have to run fast cuz we were in the middle of the field.

Genting Trip

It has been a while since I last went to Genting. Went there again last 2 weeks. Didn’t manage to blog yet. Went up there, luckily it has a very good weather. Cold and windy, this is what I am expecting. By the time I reach there, I were so hungry. Didn’t take my breakfast and we took cable car up. Come across this restaurant whereby so many people and have to take number. So we decided to join the crow. My number was 83 and the current number is 74. Asked the waiter how long do we have to wait, he said not long. Great newS!!!

This restaurant has funny name, its called Restaurant Good Friends. It is located directly above the cable car station. We were into the restaurant within 15 minutes of waiting and after we orderd to wait for the food to be served, it is killing me. So Bloody long

This is my favourite tim sum, ‘Lo Pak Gou‘, but does not really taste nice. Very oily as you can see and inside its not soft.

Wow!!! The ‘Siew Mai’ is a must try food, when you eat it, has a big prawn in there, and have the primary school ‘feel’. Reminds me during when I am so damm young.

The ‘Pai Kuat‘ is high recommended also, with the black bean and the gravy of it, it taste so nice and very ‘hiong‘. The meat is soft and definitely with alot of bones also. The ‘Char Siew Pau‘ its juicy with its meat and gravy. Yum! Yum!

This is the ‘Har Kau‘ just ngam ngam whereby the skin of it is not too tick nor too thin. The prawn given is not kedekut. Ngam its size of the skin.

This ‘Loh Mai Kai’ its highly recommended by me also. Its hard to find nice Loh Mai Kai to eat whereby the rice is soft yet juicy and not too salty yet the chicken, meat and mushroom its just perfect. Thinking of it, makes my saliva drooling. With all the waiting for the food. It is just worth waiting.
Total bill comes to around RM33. Was not expensive after all cuz its Genting.
To those who going to Genting, I totally highly recommended this restaurant

After finish our lunch we walk across this bakery shop. So many people were taking pictures with this cupcakes but definitely its well decorated to attract customer to get into the shop. We have decided to go for tea break here. It is just located 4 shops away from Restaurant Good Friends.
With Christmas around the corner, the Ginger Snap cookies.
This is something unique when I was inside the theme park. While waiting to go for the ‘Fairy Wheel’ and a bit hungry so decided to try this stall, Sim O Donut or located next to Solaro Shot
The sizes are so Mini. With 1 mouth per piece and it sells for 6 for RM 5 (if I am not mistaken) Quite alot of flavours also you can pick and choose and the staff there are definitely friendly.
This is what I had pick and choose. I just point and point with no idea what flavour is that. Just judge by its look.
This is one of the newest attraction in Genting outdoor Theme Park. Beryl’s Chocolate factory. The design of it is just so nice and for people who loves to take pictures, a must place to visit. Something like ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’
After taking all the rides and walk whole day long, we have decided to come back to this nice looking shop for our tea.
I took this Mushroom Quiche, after so long I have not eat it, Used to eat it a lot when I was working in a cafe in Melbourne. It is quite nice, have the taste of eggs, the cheezey taste and of course with the mushroom.
My friends trying the chocolate chip cup cakes and Mocha. I would personally said that the cupcakes is not nice, my first time trying cupcakes. The texture its hard, the icing sugar sucks and the best is the chocolate chip. Should not go for this flavour. There are more to choose.Try other’s.
The Mocha is RM 10, Cupcakes is RM5 and Quiche is RM8 if not mistaken.
