Selamat Berbuka Puasa to all my Muslim friends. Wonder where would you like to host your client, friends or family for a ramadan buka puasa get together? One of my usual place that they never fail to impress me is Cinnamon House in One World Hotel as for this Ramadan 2015, they are doing “Citarasa Timur Ke Barat”.
With the ambiance are all changing to Raya Festive period, they are show casing more than 100 varieties of food over six menu delicacies with six menus rotated daily, prepared by the hotel’s dedicated culinary team led by Executive Sous Chef, Saiful Bahrain Abdul Wahid, fondly known as Chef Bob. It will be a daunting task to choose a favourite dish from the wide buffet spread as all of it are good to the last spoonful!
On my highly recommended is this section where you will see a huge 4 ‘wok’ is being display, this is where you would want to hunt it. Soup Gear Box is one of a signature and also the rest of the item in here.
Bubur Lambuk is pretty good stuff as love texture and even my Malay friends give it thumbs up. others would be Daging Dendeng and Pulut Serawa Durian
In this buffet line, you will be pamper along with a few other variety such as Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Western fare, local hawker delights, mixed grilled items and seafood on ice.
End your meal with sweet sensation with a glass of teh tarik, Desserts range from luscious cakes, dainty French pastries to traditional treats like Sago Gula Melaka, Bubur Nangka, Ais Cendol, Ais Kacang and many more.
