Sentul Curry House

After one event, usually most of us will be hungry and hunting for supper and with Bangsarbabe around, she introduce us one of her favourite curry place for supper that serve Southern Indian cuisine in Sentul. Till date, if you ask me what is the different type of taste compare from Southern style and Northern style I still can yet provide a clear description. 😀

It was near mid night and of course not much people comes to this restaurant and what I heard is if you do come during lunch or dinner, to find a place to sit its kinda pretty hard to find.

This place is pretty decent as they have variety of curry and dishes to choose from and I made a conclusion that this is Indian version of economy rice in a very well prepared environment.

One good point about this restaurant is all the dishes pricing are written on the board or on the little board above.

few types of curry for you to choose from, as when you step nearer to the pot, you can smell the fragrance and spices floating up. .

We were then told not to miss this awesome mutton curry. Fragrance and slightly thick in gravy yet it will be a perfect pairing for rice, or any roti canai you ordering. Its slightly spicy yet filled with spices fragrance, and the mutton cook till the meat is soft. Good stuff!

Tosei is good here that cames with yogurt, dal, curry and sambal.

This is pretty good as being cook to perfection on the thin layer then wrap around with all the ingredeints that gives you a nice aroma to pair along. I add in some fish curry to make it more fragrant.

Nan here are not so good as my cheeze nan is pretty flat and its more flour than the ingredient. You can skip this.

I would say for a clean curry house like this the price is very reasonable, and I even find it slightly cheaper than KAYU Nasi Kandar, thanks to Bangsarbabe for the recommendation and if you love southern Indian curry, this place is worth to try out.
