I quite like their homemade sauce. .
This year we are already very gentle in tossing lou sang. Maybe because we behave as every year when we toss, its gonna be a beautiful mess right at the side that left with half portion to eat.
Signature Platter serve with juicy spare ribs, 2 varieties of pork sausages, grilled fresh water prawns, grilled mussels, vegetable sticks served with creamy cheese dip.

Among the dishes, this certainly makes the highlight as this pork belly is braised for hours & is coated with the infusion of Asian-inspired tangy sweet sauce of passion fruit, spices and wine. The meat is so soft and with the fats inbetween that once put into your mouth, the aroma burst into flavours and near melt in your mouth. I ate 2 pieces yet its very satisfying . .
“Drunken Prawns”, can be an option which are the white wine steamed prawns, flambéed with brandy for RM 68.80.
Of course the set comes with their signature item which is their BAby Pork Ribs as this is another series which is limited edition as its season with Chinese-style plum sauce.
