I just do not know why that I just love Japanese Salad, maybe is because once I did try out with Miso dressing and I feel in love with it and since then I am keen to try most of the salad offer in Jap restaurant, not just because I am known as Taufulou that makes me like this Tofu salad with wafu, kimuchi, plum dressing @ RM 18

Something light in taste a bit sourish because of the plum dressing and the tofu is very soft and I prefer mine to crush it and mix with the vege, its good. . . – recommended~

Sukiyaki Croquette – mashed potato, pea & minced beef @ RM 12

Fried perfectly to golden brown, with the crust very crisp which did not overcook it, yet if you eat it like that when it is served, it is superhot, and I try out by dipping with the sauce and without. Prefer it with the sauce as it add a bit extra taste in it and some of them prefer to eat it as it is.

Seafood Kimchi Nabe served with prawn, scallop, salmon, leek, carrot, mushroom , glass noodle @ RM 38.

A pot of soup that starts your meal with as kimchi is always know with sour’ish spicy and the amount of ingredient they have on the pot is pretty generous. If it were a bit more spicy, I would love it more.

Japanese dining would be even more perfect if comes with Tempura – prawn, fish, vegetable @ RM 36

Served hot which is Salmon in Terriyaki sauce @ RM25 that had been carefully grill till very nice that the salmon meat is soft and well coat with terriyaki dressing which is not too salty yet just perfect.

Chicken Teppanyaki which is next but I like the chicken over the salmon because of the chicken skin is a bit crips and soft chicken meat coated the sauce that just to my liking. RM 25

I would say this is one of the best Japanese fried rice that I have come across that served with Foie Gra.  Fried rice filled with woke hei and with the crispy finely chopped fried garlic top ontop and foie gra which is so soft that when it put int your mouth it just melts and burst with flavour . . Highly Recommended! ‘Foie Gra Fried Rice @ RM 32 . The portion is not big but just perfect for it.

Another simple fried rice that just makes everyone satisfy is just ‘Garlic Fried Rice’ which is aromatic with garlic and the fried garlic just makes it more nice.  RM10

When comes to roll, I find that most of the restaurant have their own signature roll and this Mizu R0ll Sushi with original recipe (prawn, eel, avocado with special sauce) @ RM 36 served in quite a bit portion. Wrap solidly and I just took one piece into my mouth and bite, its mouthfull of it just hard to bite. . I just like it ..

Salmon roll is another roll to look after that its grill with one side cook and the other side half cook, compare this two I still prefer the Mizu roll.. house speciality . .

According to the owner, this Japanese Style Fried Spaghetti Seafood @ RM 35 is one of the famous dish in served in Japanese restaurant and its more to home style cooking. Cook along with some scallop, prawns and turns out to be not bad.

kin no mizu (26)

Unagi @ RM 55

kin no mizu (27)

Star of the night is this Grilled beef with Teriyaki Sauce is one of the best I would say, beef grill in medium well and the teriyaki sauce combine along with the soft juicy beef meat and coat with alot of fried garlic is just too perfect. Highly Recommended! RM 52

kin no mizu (28)

Tapioca with sweet red bean & coconut milk @ RM 15

kin no mizu (29)

Tapioca with green tea muachi  & coconut milk – RM 15

kin no mizu (30)

Green tea Ice cream @ RM 8

kin no mizu (31)

Black sesame Ice cream @ RM 8

The food here is satisfying with its quality and ambiance we certainly looking forward to come back again, no doubt that this would be also one of my recommended Japanese restaurant.
