‘Signature Fried Pork’ @ RM 4

This dish was recommended by the staff as they are very attentive when we asked what is the recommended dish in the shop and he suggested a few.

Signature fried pork be even better if the outer layer of the crust is fried more crispy but we just love how the fats and meat are spread out equally.

‘Bitter Gourd Soup’ @ RM16

We ordered medium, as we thought of need some soup to cool us off after some alcohol consuming on previous night. Fear not, that this soup consist of only mild taste of bitter gourd as most of the people do not like the taste of it, but this was prepared very well, soup base is pungent towards a bit bitter, filled with thin sliced bitter gourd and pig’s spare parts. Its good~ and one great thing was when we finish the whole bowl, the guy ask us, would we want refill of the soup, 4 of us stare at him blindly that none of us know there is such thing as soup refill in this kind of restaurant, but surprise us that it actually can, and filled it up a full bowl of soup. GREAT~

‘Braised Chicken with Bitter Gourd’ @ RM 8

I miss this dish very much, recalls back the time when I was studying in Melbourne that we used to cook this very often back then, until came back for so long did nearly forgot about it till this dish is served. Love the taste of it, that it is cook with black bean sauce and stir fried the chicken after the gravy is prepared till all the chicken are coated with the gravy. I love the taste (or maybe too long I have not eat it already).

‘Stir Fried Abalone Mushroom’ @ RM 8

This has nothing much to shout about as we find it quite normal.

‘Fried Omelette’ @ RM8

It was prepared and fried well, till inside is still soft yet the ingredient in it is well cook.

‘Stir Fried Fish with Ginger and Spring Onion’ @ RM 12

If you love food with thick in taste to go along with your rice, then this fish would be one of the right choice that, the gravy is fragrant with mixture of ginger and spring onion.

After I mention to my friend about this shop, they told me that there is a better one at Bandar Puteri which is quite famous around the area for this dish. Definitely my next destination hunting would be that shop.

Food Rating 7/10, quite good ah~ -Stamped-
