Bratwurst and Mash @RM 22 – Grilled chicken mushroom and cheese sausages with pommery mashed potatoes and glazed onion gravy.
Laughing and drinking half way then suddenly saw a chef pushing a mini cart came out and start slicing the whole big beef meat.
It was well season and roasted till its soft.
The thin slices of beef are meant to go along with sauces to pour on it.
I love my roast beef to go along with mushroom sauce, that the aroma blends very well with it. Soft yet and juicy and with a sip of beer, its called satisfaction.
Apart from the world cup fever, there are more surprise arranged for the World Cup Week. We have the snacks and dinner part. Not to worry, the hotel do take care the lunch part as well.
The Carvery Lunch which is available from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays). As the night goes on, then we celebrated Ester’s birthday that she is not older another year yet she still look so young, Katie n crew bring out this cake specially to celebrate with her. Guess how old is she?

The cake is soft and the cream in between doesnt taste very sweet yet just perfect and the cherries is sour enough to make the cake taste good.
