This dish ‘Hakka Pork Belly with Yam’ @ RM 26 definately have the similarity with the cooking of my grandma. Pork belly is cook till very soft and yam pieces that slightly put your fork it will open very easy and a bit thick in gravy sauce which definately go well with rice.

‘Chili stuffed Cencaru Fish’ @ RM 15 One of my favourite home cook food as I always ask my mom to stuff more sambal inside the fish till bloated style. Being deep fried till the chili blend well with the fish meat and not that spicy but to add in the taste to the fish.

Soy Sauce Chicken @ RM 25 half chicken, RM45 whole chicken

I find the chicken is soft in the meat, each piece had been soak with soy sauce evenly yet its not very salty.

Sambal Petai @ RM 18

I am not a fan of sambal petai as usually in this dish, I only eat the prawns but surprisingly the smell and taste of petai is not that strong that cook along with this chili gravy makes it very fragrant and nice.

Steamed Fish with Anson Sauce @ Market Price

One of the secret that you can try this steam fish is because of the sauce. Their own secret recipe that the chef had discover himself, with a hint of ginger, bean paste, and others which taste quite good.

Sang Choy Bao @ RM15 tasty fried minced pork, carrots, celery, black fungus and fried vermicelli is quite a nice dish when you wrap it with sang choy.
