Happy Deepavali to all you whom are celebrating. Its another great celebration with family and friends. When comes to dining, here is one of the option for you to consider. Hailing Chef Ameya Thakur all the way from India that is currently showcasing his culinary skills that specialising in authentic Indian Food.

As to celebrate this festive season, they have turn Mosaic entrance very colourful and their service desk to attire of saree.

Love the range of indian food as they are offering quite a good variety as you stood near the counter you can smell the nice spices aromatic curry trailing in the air that will make you hungry.

Some of the recommendations  like Tandoori jhinga kali mirch, clay oven roasted prawns marinated in yoghurt and black pepper. To make your taste bud more interesting,  they do have sweet pepper mixed with freshly ground mustard dressing and others are available too.

When comes to dessert, I must say I am totally in love with it. With its unique texture, taste and one of my recommendation is Mango phirnee, chilled basmati rice flour pudding flavoured with mango and flaked pistachio is good.

For first timer and you are not sure what to pick from the range that is being offered, then chef personal recommendation are:

– seek kebab
– Chicken Tikka
– Bread with chicken marsala
– Vegetarian range
– Biryani Rice

Others you can start to explore your own. I love the taste of how this chef play with its creativity in spices.
