Shift the skin towards the end of our finger and shape it abit till its round on the bottom.
Then wrap your fingers around the skin and press it rock solid with the based skin supported on the fourth finger.
Finally, top it with a thin slice of scallop and press it hard by the side of a flat knife.
Working in progress. . . .All the ingredients have to be added into the bowl and massage and spread it all evenly before wrapping it.
At the end result it would look like a soft dough that can stick onto the wall perfectly yet melting down later on. Uli and Vialentino playfull mood with their final dough.
