Double Boil Chicken and Lotus Root Soup, is clear in taste and can feel the taste that had been boil very long with the after taste of it, is nice.
Star of the night that keep me continue chewing is ‘Honey Glazed Boneless Chicken with Crispy Ginger ‘ as it was cook perfectly well, with a bit crips on the outside edge, cook a while till the honey coated onto the meat and add on with crispy ginger is just supper good! if you eat along with rice, it gives you the satisfaction of perfect pairing. – Recommended dish
A simple dish of ‘Fried rice with prawns’ cook with wok hei and fried till a bit dry which is just nice to eat along with the honey glazed chicken and also add on a bit of sambal is just perfect.

Among the whole 4 my favourites are the green tea and royal milk tea with the taste a bit unique more like teh tarik if you taste it properly, if you do take heavy taste of food then you might not taste it as the heavy amount of food had overpower the taste of it.

Cannot deny that we have a good time and food especially the mooncake making process. .. Looking forward for it again and I just cant wait for Mid Autumm Festival to come which is about 3 weeks from now . .
