I think that Food and Beverage industry in Malaysia are seriously booming with one franchise chain coming in after another, but this restaurant is no stranger to me as I was introduce by my friends when I was in Indonesia (click here for my previous post) ended up I rate this is one of the best Japanese Restaurant in Sushi Zanmai range.
They have 32 restaurants spread across Singapore, Bali, Bandung, Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Shanghai, Sydney that its popularity is growing in Asianβs country, they had also mark on Malaysia, with them starting their very first outlet in Tropicana City and now they had spread their wings to more local people by opening one at The Gardens and the latest launching outlets in, Pavilion.
Cameron Cheah, one of the local partners of Sushi Tei decided to introduce this restaurant chain to Malaysia last year, because he often noticed long lines waiting to enter a Japanese restaurant in a neighboring country. One day, curious to have a taste of what the fuss was all about, he jumped right in and joined the queue! As soon as he tasted the quality of its sushi, sashimi and cooked items β this young entrepreneur knew that he just had to share Sushi Tei with all Malaysians, that also had made me one of the regular in this restaurant too.
